Smartree is looking for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant with high administrative and organisational abilities. This role will suit a professional who enjoys the challenge of a multifaceted position. Responsibilities: • Provide a high degree of administrative support and service to managers, management leadership teams of a unit and in applicable cases to unit members; • Book flights and accommodation, ensuring the best prices; • Organize meetings with clients and other internal events; • Organize weekly meetings with the manager to discuss future Projects, invitations and other requests; • Manage and maintain direct superior agenda; • Upon request, answer e-mails administrative, filter information and transmits them to the Manager; • Purchase necessary products and marketing department protocol; • Liaise with customers and manages correspondence with them and business partners; • Network and communicate with other assistants within and outside the organization; • Plan and organize internal and external e.g. events, meetings, workshops, trainings; • Archive the specific documents of department.
• University degree in economics or related; • English - advanced level; • 1 years work experience within a client-facing environment, e.g. reception/ secretary; • Good customer service skills; • Communication skills; • Computer skills (ability to use email, word, internet); • Proven organization skills ability to prioritize and multi-task.
