A Food and Beverages Team Supervisor with Conrad Hotels & Resorts is responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets. As a Food and Beverages Team Supervisor, you are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverages Team Supervisor would also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure that the inventory is well stocked at all times. Ensure quality of food being served. Play an active role in recruiting new staff. Allocate training programs for new staff. Supervise cooking procedures and ensure sanitation and hygiene. Ensure customer satisfaction. Deal with customers directly in times of complaints regarding food and beverage facilities. Keep records of the expenses incurred in functioning of the department. Act as a problem solver in times of accidents or necessity. Deal with intra-department issues and solve problems of the staff. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. Comply with local licensing laws. Be environmentally aware. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. What benefits will I receive?
