Essential Job Duties: The Financial Analyst will be a dynamic individual who will partner with various cross functional teams such as regional or global operations, Marketing, factory Finance leaders in order to successfully carry out transfer pricing activities for Honeywell Process Solutions business unit covering line of businesses and various manufacturing sites. The role will be based out of Honeywell Global Finance Center, Bucharest, Romania. The position interfaces with internal customers and stakeholders in the business segment and corporate finance functions, driving continuous improvement to deliverables and processes supporting these customers. Some of the responsibilities are listed as follows: - Be an integral part of Bucharest GFC and provide finance support to the Integrated Supply Chain group, individual will matrix report into Finance Transfer Pricing Leader, Global ISC (HPS) - Perform operational transfer pricing related activities for manufacturing plants supporting multiple Line of businesses within SBU Honeywell Process Solutions - Partner with cross functional teams and Transfer Pricing Leader to establish transfer pricing methodologies for new product launches, supply chain changes, and IP transitions - Perform standard weekly activities such as new pricing, pricing reconciliation processes, reporting, and assigned ad-hoc analysis/projects related to transitions and deployments - Gain full knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain process flows covering buyer/seller relationships, pricing methodologies for various product lines utilized to facilitate intercompany transactions - Attain good understanding of Manufacturing Cycle and an insight on factory control measure - Conduct follow-ups in a timely manner on pending items with relevant stakeholders to ensure closure of business. - Strive towards continuous process improvements around transfer pricing as well as be able to work with cross functional teams to establish new processes as business need surfaces


Required Skill Sets: - Previous functional work experience (4-5 years) in supply chain function and/or internal pricing. Overall has good understanding of how internal pricing works vs. market pricing - Working knowledge of internal pricing for in similar settings - Education: Finance/Commerce/Accounting degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skill sets both oral and written - Positive attitude towards job, self-confident and poised - Exceptional interpersonal skills - Self-starter, able to learn in fast paced environment, independent, and process owner - Ability to learn quickly and improve / implement any new processes - Systems knowledge: SAP ERP, Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is a must - Ideal to have some working knowledge of pricing tools such as Standard Management Pricing System (SPM) by PROS or Vendavo - Required to have Advanced Analytical, Data Mining and Excel skills- (e.g. proficiency in v-lookups, macros, creating reports, pivot tables, data mining) - Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel , Word, Access and Power point) - Fluent in verbal English and in written communication - Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands - Self-starter with high energy level - Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement - Quickly adapts to changing circumstances - Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks with ownership mindset - Focused on details, accuracy and able to complete tasks with minimal level of instructions and ability to understand big picture while working with defined MOS (management operating system) - Demonstrated capability of time management skills - Able to coach new staff and train on pricing tool/systems, pricing methodologies, supply chain factors
