JOIN A TEAM RECOGNIZED FOR LEADERSHIP, INNOVATION AND DIVERSITY Main responsibilities: Assists the controlling manager in preparing the relevant accounting information respectively to ensure that management takes decisions accordingly in order to ensure stability in the future, increase and profitability, provide support in the elaboration and documentation of internal processes and internal controls of the company; Prepares draft analyzes for performance monitoring in relation to the objectives set (material costs, inventory costs, labor costs, directing costs, equipment depreciation, efficiency, etc.), prepares draft analyzes for monitoring different expenditure categories in order to detect exceptions in order to notify them to the appropriate manager, ensuring that these costs are in line with the budget; Provide support in documentation and implementation of materials management costs and profitability analysis, respectively implementation of control tools; Elaborates budget items, cash flows, analyzes variations and comments; Manage the relationship with the bank for commercial effects (Order Tickets, CECs, Bills, etc.); Assists the Controlling Manager to implement corporate governance procedures, risk management and internal controls for internal departments (in particular internal controls for operations, R&D, sales and financial accounting department); Provide support to the accounting department for the following: Daily record catch the house register, Check and record delegations and dealers accounts;
Requirements: University degree in Economics field (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting), or equivalent. Financial analysis experience ; ERP Experience - SAP Decision-making and responsibility; Analytical spirit, which can combine the technical aspects of costing with their financial implications; Ability to analyze and interpret technical, financial and accounting procedures or documents; Analysis and synthesis capability; Capacity to react and propose improvement solutions; Good communication skills and team spirit Customer orientation English language - advanced level; Advanced MS Office operating knowledge.
