Mission: As Generalist Manager, the main missions will be: - coordination and supervision of the activities and processes specific to the assigned projects, as well as the teams involved, respecting and implementing the client's policies; - coordination and management of internal structures (technical, human, administrative) and respecting the cost optimization policy; - using the specific HR tools and policies (recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.), aiming the retention and valor the talents within the company; - developing and maintaining business relationships with the external client in order to achieve the company's objectives.
Profile: We are looking for a proactive, initiative and entrepreneurial manager to join the Iasi team and for having success in this mission you need: - experience in coordinating, training and motivating mixed teams; - experience in initiating, implementing and coordinating projects; - experience in reporting the results to the management and proposing solutions; - ability to analyze and synthesize the performance indicators / KPI's; - knowledge of French - minimum B2 level; - knowledge of English – minimum B2 level; - leadership skills; - good communication skills and excellent ability to establish quality business relationships with the clients; - organizational effectiveness, flexibility and proactivity; - knowledge of PC tools: Excel, Word, Internet.
