Under general direction, this position is responsible for the demand planning portion of the Roxar S&OP process to provide guidance and support to the team on the supply portion of the Roxar S&OP process to ensure realization of business objectives and continuous growth. This responsibility applies to all Roxar’s business, including, but not limited to, Flow Systems and Solutions as well as Products. Responsibilities · Integrate global S&OP process and tools for Roxar product lines and drive continuous improvement by leading through influence with staff involved on the supply side to ensure process compliance. · Lead Global S&OP functions using influence to balance supply and demand by aligning operations labor and material to the commercial trade level plan. · Develop and manage demand forecasting process by World Area and Product Line. · Develop and implement statistical and econometric modeling using trade sales and backlog history. · Create and drive processes to capture global Marketing & Sales input and project pursuit activities and utilize them effectively in the demand planning processes. · Monitor and incorporate World Area trade backlog and demand into the S&OP and POR plan. · Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Organizations to establish and execute new product introduction forecasts and materials plans to support, assist in managing product cannibalization rates and product obsolescence activity. · Develop long term product forecasts for Profit Reviews and facility resource planning needs. · Support Supply Chain initiatives by providing data, analysis models and predictive tools to support business needs and strategies. · Actively participate in the creation and implementation of process controls that support business KPMs and Operational KPIs. · Other responsibilities as may be assigned

Requirements · Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Finance · MBA required · Ability to speak/read/write English · 5 years’ experience sales and operations planning, supply and demand balancing, operations management, production control or inventory management experience required · Knowledge of demand planning, manufacturing systems, value chain management, manufacturing resource planning and materials management is required · Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, including an ability to draw succinct conclusions from complex data · Superior presentation and communication skills · Able to work effectively with all levels of organization including executive leadership · Ability to develop and improve business processes, and evaluate and assess financial and operational viability · Ability to lead projects in a matrix organization using influence instead of control to achieve alignment with organizational strategic plans
