Lead HOS deployment according to the HOS SIF. Responsible to define HOS road map and assure the plan/task execution. Understand HOS concept and tools and train people. Builds annual HOS training plan in the organization, delivers monthly internal HOS training and evaluates the efficiency of the training. Propose and implement motivational programs able to sustain and improve HOS culture on site. Builds and conducts the communication plan for all HOS matters. Conducts and manages changes driven by HOS. The leader is the project manager for the change management projects and reports the status monthly to the management team through well written and oral presentations. Execute Maturity assessment and plan and support HOS exit phase exit in accordance with the Global HOS team Support to the HOS MOS creation. Challenge the status quo and lead HOS deployment, Continuous Improvement and Breakthrough mindset. Facilitate people and team to install Continuous process improvements and focuses on reaching and even exceeding HOS requirements through specific HOS tools, like A3, Kaizen, Kaizen Events, Impact etc.. Leads the standardization in the transaction processes in regards with costs, inventory, quality. The leader is responsible for down streaming in the plant all HOS initiatives, by providing technical expertise in the standardization and development projects


Bachelor degree, preferably technical area Minimum 2 years experience in order management or other transnational role Minimum 3 years experience in operations, materials management, quality/ Sig Sigma Plus. Knowledge of transnational processes Minimum 3 years in project or team coordination Proven experience of progressively more challenging role(s)" "Very good ability of written and verbal communication of both technical and non-technical subjects Advanced English, other European foreign languages are a plus. Lean manufacturing knowledge Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence. Demonstrated ability to make a significant change in a variety of environments, with multiple learning experiences. Good leadership and influencing skills "Green Belt or Lean Expert” Good knowledge of Lean production methods Experience in delivering training Available for travel 5% of working time
