Your responsibilities will inlude 2 areas of expertise: 1. External HR Communication • Define the Employer Branding strategy • Developing various activities designated to potential candidates, for raising company’s profile and image on the labor market • Handle all press releases for HR purposes • Developing and sustaining the Social Media plan for TELUS International • Developing and sustaining CSR activities in various fields; • Developing recruitment campaigns and organizing recruitment fairs and workshops, in Bucharest and Craiova • Build yearly strategy and action plans for communication • Respecting the Brand Guidelines • Work closely and share best practices with other TELUS International branches • Liaising and networking with a range of third parties, e.g. Student Associations and Universities, colleagues, suppliers, media and partner organizations. 2. Internal HR Communication • Design the internal communication process • Define the HR image on the company website • Implement and sustain internal communication tools • Handle internal communication around all events and activities for team members
