Creation and review of recruitment procedures to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs; Proactive engagement in the relationship with the internal customers; Organizing the recruiting process (collecting hiring needs, performing interviews, feedback to the selected candidates, generating offers, etc.); Conducting regular follow-up meetings to determine the effectiveness of the recruiting and on-boarding process; Analyzing and reporting of HR KPIs; Overseeing the maintenance and communication of records required by current regulations. University degree in Psychology, Economics or relevant; Knowledge in recruitment and selection processes is required; Experience in engineering positions recruitment would be a plus; Up to date knowledge about labor legislation; Advanced English level;
