One of the world’s leading supplier to the automotive industry is looking for a HR Generalist. Take the initiative and apply now. Your Challenge • Service-oriented face to the business receiving, answering and dispatching customer requests • Independently perform general supporting tasks / processes • Adherence to working instructions and other operational documentation • Answering customer questions in the area of payroll accounting, master data, document management, training administration and recruitment • Deliver SSC Tier 1 specific service products according to the SSC service catalogue • Maintenance of the request management system and other back-end systems according to the work instructions • Forwarding complex requests to the specialized SSC teams • Pro-active development of potential customers requests • Maintenance and further development of the SSC knowledge base • Support compliance to specified standards
Your Profile • University (BS or Master) degree • Minimum 3 years in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR services area) or minimum 3 years in HR function • Proven track record of performing service delivery activities in a professional environment. • Very good English language skills • Ability to create a collegial atmosphere through effective and clear communication • Team worker, fair, open and effective collaboration style with others to achieve common goals • Service orientation, awareness and compliance with quality standards • Process mapping and documentation skills – preferred • Certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies - preferred If you are interested in the above vacancy, please complete an application form attaching your C.V. and forward it to the contact person of Human Resources Department: petronela.chiriac @salesconsulting.ro SALES CONSULTING is a human resources company with national coverage on three main domains: recruitment and selection, assessment center and personnel leasing.
