Description The responsibility of this role will be to create, maintain, consolidate and analyze records for a number of key HR processes. The role supports the Europe HR Teams by ensuring all information provided is up-to-date and accurate; participates in system and program implementations, follow-up and roll-out of various HR process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities · Act as Subject Matter Experts on all key HRIS Systems used in Automation Solutions Europe and offer trainings to European Users and Develop training material. · Support the Europe HR teams to maintain the integrity of the Automation Solutions Europe employee data in PeopleSoft and provide regular and ad-hoc information and reports from the HRIS to local HR. Create records in Peoplesoft and update in a timely manner, according to SLA. · Support the Oracle Recruit Processes in a timely manner, according to SLA, by raising requisitions, managing candidates in the system, posting jobs and closing requisitions. Ensure data integrity. · Support the Europe Automation Solutions Organization in creating trainings in Oracle Learn, ensuring accurate Training recording and reporting. · Ethics Compliance: running reports from PeopleSoft, consolidating data from the countries, following up on open action items. · Support the HR Metrics program ensuring that all locations have submitted their records on time and that local HR has all the training and information support required to fill in the metrics. · Support any roll out or implementation of new metrics or tools. · Offer implementation support for various HR systems as well as post-implementation assistance: · Oracle Recruit, Oracle Learn, etc. · Document and map job-related processes. · Upon request, offer support to countries, group of countries or business units in HR related · programs and tasks, working closely with the dedicated HR colleagues to make sure employee and business requests are addressed. · Offer ad-hoc support in different projects initiated by the HR Department.


Requirements · College/University degree · 2 years of relevant experience · Professional background in Oracle or SAP · Language: English – advanced level · PC skills: MsOffice, Excel (medium level), Internet · Detailed oriented; organized; customer oriented and able to work in a team.
