In the Project & Implementation Support team you will be a member in various big Talent Management and Organizational Development (TMOD) projects and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities dedicated to the whole company, globally. Your main focus will be on 360°-Feedback module (BIG SIX Radar). In addition, you will contribute to the other Feedback Landscape modules such as global employee survey (OUR BASICS live) and team development survey (OUR TEAM live). This role is the key for sustaining and enhancing of project management and the success of the projects. Your core responsibilities and tasks will be: Close co-operation with the Project Managers and Continuous Improvement responsible in all activities; Community management with various project/CI stakeholders; Providing, using, controlling and enhancing processes & tools for the projects and CI activities; Definition and updating of project plans and work packages; Preparation of project marketing materials and project/ CI documents; Setup and organization of (virtual) project/CI meetings, workshops, other project or CI-related activities.
University degree, preferably in areas of Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences; Ability to work and collaborate in a highly virtual environment; Knowledge and/or Experience in the area of Human Resources, related processes and tools will be a plus; Cross cultural communication and interpersonal skills; Open to work in an international environment and handle complexity (organization & stakeholders); Confidence in dealing with people (personally and by phone); Eager to learn and accept new challenges; Experiences with project work and project management processes; Competent handling of MS Office products, SharePoints, in order to create and maintain documents and reports; Fluent English knowledge; IT affinity and mastering complexity; Self-responsibility and self-discipline; Availability for business trips (world-wide).
