Their customers include well-known companies such as Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, General Motors, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Porsche Renault, Rolls Royce Nissan, VW and others.
Responsibilities: – Management and functional leadership of the HR Generalist teams including development of employees – Ensure adherence to standard processes, KPI‘s and quality assurance – Service Level Agreement tracking and reporting; 1st escalation level for adherence to SLA's – Coordinate communication with the customer country / plants (1st point of contact on operational level) – Responsible for alignment to code of conduct and behavioral norms along company's standards – Responsible for processes work instructions and operational documentation within your unit – Responsible for compliance of delivery, data protection and revision safety within your unit – Participation and lead of internal or cross-unit projects including service transition, scope extensions and systems testing activities – Involvement in preparation and support of operational audits – Involvement in calculations of sizing of your organization for SLA based processes – Alignment of process modifications with process owner – Continuous improvement of the service line Requirements: – University (BS or Master) degree – Relevant experience in an equivalent leadership position. Proven track record of managing service delivery units in a professional environment – Minimum 5 years in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR services area) or minimum 5 years in HR function – Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work and resources to ensure that the service delivery levels are achieved. – Ability to design and implement processes and procedures necessary to achieve the operational goals – Ability to lead, motivate and further develop teams and employees – Very good English language skills – Responsibility and ability for timely and targeted decision making – Ability to create a collegial atmosphere through effective and clear communication – Team worker, fair, open and effective collaboration style with others to achieve common goals – Service orientation, awareness and compliance with quality standards – Process mapping and documentation skills – preferred – Certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies - preferred
