Responsibilities: • Service-oriented face to the business receiving, answering and dispatching customer requests • Independently perform general supporting tasks / processes • Adherence to working instructions and other operational documentation • Answering customer questions in the area of payroll accounting, master data, document management, training administration and recruitment


Requirements: • University (BS or Master) degree • Minimum 3 years in SSC / BPO / Call center environment (preferable in HR services area) or minimum 3 years in HR function • Proven track record of performing service delivery activities in a professional environment. • Very good English language skills • Ability to create a collegial atmosphere through effective and clear communication • Team worker, fair, open and effective collaboration style with others to achieve common goals
