Our client is a multinational outsourcing services company. Responsibilities: - Set the recruitment strategy, the advertising campaigns, source and select candidates. This includes using state of the art recruitment tools& databases, social networks, employee referrals to attract the best candidates, conducting phone interviews and administering tests or assessment centers for shortlisted candidates, if required by the business - Offer management and coordinate the pre-employment checks and the start of the on-boarding process together with the local HR to enhance the new hire experience - Increase candidate experience and managers satisfaction with regards to talent acquisition process

Cerinte

- Good general business understanding - Good customer service and HR knowledge (at least 6-8 months experience in the HR area) - Experience of large scale systems or database maintenance - Excellent time management and organizational ability - Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure - Fluent speaking, reading and writing skills in English language - Good level of Swedish
