This position supports the day-to-day Production use of HCM (Human Capital Management) applications for Emerson companies in a global, multi-business group environment. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to resolve production issues and support the global rollout of Emerson’s Oracle HCM Cloud, Learn Cloud and Recruit Cloud solutions in addition to providing support for other HRIS team functions. Excellent communication skills and follow through are critical for this position due to its impact on the user experience for 80,000+ employees and contractors. Responsibilities · Respond to Oracle HCM, Recruit and Learn Cloud service requests timely while solving the end users’ business requirements in a professional manner. · Assist in the roll out of company-wide training initiatives by performing the following tasks: · Maintain user and user group membership statuses; · Assist with password resets and resolve user login issues; · Modify training completion statuses where appropriate; · Modify recruit process issues where appropriate; · Respond to employee and user questions on HCM, Learn and Recruit. · Follow standard Global HRIS support procedures: · Log all support interactions in the Track-It software; · Track and route service requests and document resolutions; · Redirect specific questions to correct resource (appropriate learning or recruitment administrator); · Advise users on actions to resolve issues; be polite and punctual; · Identify and escalate issues that require additional analysis; · Inform project manager of recurring problems; · Follow up on service requests weekly until resolved; · Keep users up to date on the status of their request throughout the process; · Identify opportunities for training or additional documentation needed to assist end users. · Support Production processes such as the Oracle HCM to Learn/Recruit interface. · Develop and distribute reports to support the learning administrators training initiatives. · Cross-train on other HCM applications.
Candidatul ideal Requirements · University degree; · 1 year of working experience in multinational environment; · Experience in working with an ERP system; · Fluent in English; · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel); · Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in responding to customer requests; · Ready and willing to share information, as necessary; · Able to interact professionally with Emerson company employees at all levels; · Interacts with other team members to exchange information and creates a positive and productive team dynamic; · Ability to effectively work in a team environment; · Excellent organizational and interpersonal and written communication skills; · Has a customer service focus.
