- Effective ICT skills including use of Microsoft applications. - Experience of dealing with customer queries and providing advice & support - Experience of processing claims, payment of invoices and maintaining financial recording systems. - Ability to communicate effectively with learners, line managers, training partners and providers. Contact with Others • Face to face / telephone contact with members of staff at all levels in the organisation. • Written and telephone contact with third party organisations. • Face to face / telephone contact with training organisations. • Face to face / telephone and written/email contact with members of Board, senior representatives from third party organisations, clients, salesmen and foreign clients. • Interviewing support when required by the HR Advisor to line managers.
