Key Result Area: 1. Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Desktop Hardware issues, telephony connection problems and hardware problems on end user device level. 2. Troubleshooting and support the user in handling any IT equipment like laptop, blackberry, … 3. Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers, Network connection problems 4. Handel services like giving out and track loner device, hand out new hardware by flowing the process, manage your local stock of cable and devices, usb stick … 5. Support other technical team by follow there instructions and coordinate with them for Changes and Major Incident 6. coordinating with the user in with the other teams in a good understandable English.
