JOB DESCRIPTION Crossover is establishing a world-class Project Management Office (PMO) for our clients to include adding several positions to our existing team to work with the new PMO Director in our Services Delivery organization, to bring quality, efficiency and accountability to a wide range of projects In this role you’ll use the Company’s selected, cloud-based software, Smartsheet, working with the team in developing and refining best practices to manage a variety of internal and external projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the Project Management team to ensure IT programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Develops and implements the PMO processes and policies, works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Task oriented, with business-savvy, professional communication skills to keep projects on track. Establishing project plans using the Company’s defined workflow and best practices templates Initiating projects with stakeholders to gather the information necessary to build the plan Participate in periodic stand-ups as led by the PMO Director to ensure efforts are on track Daily review of all projects, ensuring all project plans are 100% updated by all stakeholders each day Coordinating project needs with the Company’s customers Forecasting project completion; keeping stakeholders informed Provide Project Management support in organizing and executing the projects for consulting services that meet customer requirements. Support Marketing management in orchestrating the definition of functional requirements, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives Administering project workflow, ensuring constant updates and currency of project plans, remove blockers stalling project progress Provide oversight and escalation on all new project initiatives, including: Building and maintaining internal relationships at the escalation level Working to resolve project issues and escalating as appropriate Ensuring projects comply with Program standards Managing change and mitigations Lead new product development initiative projects from start to finish, including: Developing and tracking to a project budget and target dates Interfacing with all internal and external stakeholders Effectively managing all project communications Identifying and managing both risks and issues in a timely manner Adhering to and enforcing project processes and methodologies Create regular status reports summarizing status of all projects including dashboard insights on efforts cascading to the overall PMO view


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5+ years Project Management experience in IT PMP Required; Agile or Scrum certifications a plus Excellent spoken and written English skills Ability to effectively present and work with staff at all levels in both IT and business functions Deep experience in PM software, e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Basecamp, etc. Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects, Visio and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills and experience working under pressure and deadlines PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong preference for experience with Smartsheet project planning tools including Sights, Reports, Workspaces and Jira Integration Compensation: US ($30.00/hour), 40 Hours Per Week Location: Global--will work remotely Reports to: Director, PMO Travel: Limited to none
