The IT Support in ACROM will be responsible for implementation of POS solutions for customers in hospitality field, including hardware and software implementations, while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality. We’re looking for candidates willing to learn new technologies and participate in various internal and international projects. Responsibilities: - Provide hardware and software support for the customers in hospitality industry; - Point of Sale (POS) software integration and implementation ; - Management and support of POS Terminals, POS mobile devices and peripherals; We offer: - Intensive training for hospitality solutions and technolog - Troubleshoot for POS system; - Test new technology, solutions and documentation for restaurant business environment; - Create and provide documentation on new processes or products; - Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist in installation, service and support; - Provide customer training on the companies hardware and software products; - Test, deploy and support the integration of POS hardware, software and network solutions into new or existing systems.
Job Requirements - 1-3 years experience in customer service/technical support; - Hardware configuration skills; - Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities; - Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects; - Solid PC skills with knowledge of various software applications used for testing and troubleshooting; - Hands-on, practical character; - Very good English skills written and verbal, able to participate in meetings and teleconferences in English; - Organized, energetic and patient; - Customer skills, good communicator; - Always willing to explore new technologies and solutions, regardless of difficulty; - Willing to travel. - Will be considered a plus: Point-of-Sale (POS) experience with installing, troubleshooting, support
