* Review or document requirements and actively participate in design, configuration and testing of System Administrator (FND) and User Management (UMX) functions including but not limited to: Users Menu Workflow Responsibility Request Group Profile Options Role-Based Access Controls Concurrent Requests Form Personalizations * Maintain System Administrator (FND), User Management (UMX) and core Human Resource (PER) module configurations to best meet the needs of the business and Process Management. * Assist with the root cause analysis of issues/problems impacting Identity and Access Management. * Attend application design/requirements meetings with Sr IT Systems Analyst to analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements. * Act as an escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex issues and manage expectations for production/non-production critical path issues. * Monitor the user experience of enterprise applications, ensuring continuous improvement, responsiveness, accountability and seamless service for customers. * Maintain standards for Identity and Access Management incorporating Emerson security policies and Oracle best practices. * Ensure processes are auditable, maintain Segregation of Duties (SOD) and least privilege based access concepts. * Develop knowledge of how the organization’s applications interact with different systems and business processes, like Global Directory, to ensure they operate practically with Identity and Access Management. * Continually research and remain informed of new technology and development tools, looking for opportunities to improve configurations and/or business processes. * Initiate Oracle SR’s (service requests), and monitor to satisfactory resolution when required. * Provide user training, and maintain/contribute to training materials and/or instructions for end-users. * Provide regular verbal and written communications regarding status, risks, issues, as well as makes recommendations for remediation or change.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree LANGUAGE: English REQUIRED SKILLS: * Highly responsive with a strong sense of ownership towards client value creation and drive to add value. * Understanding of Oracle EBS functionality and underlying databases * One to two years of supporting Oracle EBS version 22.214.171.124 or later. * Primary experience with System Administrator (FND), User Management (UMX) and core Human Resource (PER) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, requirements gathering and solution designing * Ability to multi-task & drive multiple priorities to completion. * Excellent problem-solving skills * Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and learn new concepts, applications, and Oracle EBS modules is necessary. * Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player * Exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. * Competence in querying Oracle data * Understanding of Oracle’s My Oracle Support website for researching all types of Oracle documentation * Ability to travel Globally PREFERRED SKILLS: PL/SQL knowledge Oracle EBS R12 experience preferred Understanding of Multi-Org Access Control (MOAC) functionality.
