The IT Technician will provide technical assistance and support for our client companies and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Technical assistance via the phone (helpdesk), remote or onsite, for the company’s customers; Troubleshoots hardware, software and network related issues; Maintains the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs; Provides onsite and remote technical support for the customers.
Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, operating sistems, features and integration capabilities Experience in software installation and maintenance; Experience in helpdesk activities (user support); Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting of IT equipments (PC, peripherals etc) Good understanding of networking fundamentals; Available for working in shifts (including night shifts and week-end); Available and willing to travel; Driving licence: B; English language, advanced level; Customer oriented, hands-on, practical character, able to manage multiple tasks or projects.
