Technical assistance via the phone (helpdesk), remote or onsite, for the company’s customers; Troubleshoots hardware, software and network related issues; Maintains the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs; Provides onsite and remote technical support for the customers Participates in infrastructure projects

Cerinte

Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, operating sistems, features and integration capabilities Experience in software installation and maintenance; Experience in helpdesk activities (user support); Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting of IT equipments (PC, peripherals etc) Good understanding of networking fundamentals; Available for working in shifts (including night shifts and week-end); Available and willing to travel; Driving licence: B; English language, advanced level; Customer oriented, hands-on, practical character, able to manage multiple tasks or projects
