In the frame of the ongoing strategic orientation of our dynamic company, we are looking for a professionally and personally qualified candidate as International Business Solutions Consultant (m/f). The International Business Solutions Consultant is responsible for the international support of the local Business Solutions Consultants at our company and the execution and support of the related strategies. He or she will develop and implement related Business Solutions projects. This person will report to International Business Solutions Manager and steers functionally the local Business Solutions Consultants. This role is preferable to be located in Varsseveld/The Netherlands.

Capabilities – what you do 1. Customer assists the local Business Solutions Consultants in the implementation of Business Solutions, provides guidance and technical support, onsite if needed. 2. IT coordinates his/her actions with our IT and the Customer Integration Manager in order to automate the Business Solution processes. 3. Business Solutions 4. Maintains a good working relationship with the Business Solutions Consultants through regular contacts. 5. Shares knowledge with the Business Solutions Consultants on relevant Business Solutions. 6. Develops standard processes for the Business Solutions used in our company 7. Develops and maintains best practices to be used by the BSC's. 8. Develops and maintains the TCO (total cost of ownership) models to be used by the BSCs and AM's 9. Develops and maintains procedures related to the our company Business Solutions. 10. Assists in developing relevant training programs on Business Solutions together with the International Business Solutions Manager. 11. Achieves relevant KPIs. 12. Visits relevant fairs and exhibitions to maintain and develop his knowledge of the market in relation to Business Solutions. 13. Supports Business Solutions or Marketing Campaigns. 14. Achieving relevant KPIs. Competencies – Skills 1. Bachelor degree preferably in Technology or in Business Administration. 2. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a Customer Business Solutions environment. 3. Excellent skills in business processes. 4. Experience in a training small groups of people. 5. Proven ability to work well with multiple departments across culturally diverse teams. 6. Basic Knowledge of IT processes (e.g. integration principle like mappings, flows etc.). 7. Minimum C1 English level (CEFR); other language preferable (German or French). 8. Travel up to 25% of the time.
