RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay updated of current and future hiring and business needs * Establish the recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals * Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection * Execute the selection and hiring process (organizing and conducting interviews) * Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations * Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures * Keeping in touch with cross-business HR contacts * Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business need * Prepare presentations according to business need * Maintain organization wage structure during recruitment process


Candidatul ideal REQUIREMENTS * University Degree * At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience * Fluency in English * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Customer Focused
