Junior Helpdesk Officer Location: Bucharest Position: Helpdesk Officer – full time Department: IT Period: Unlimited Tasks and Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. • Use the dedicated ticketing system to record all customer interactions into service work-info notes • Prioritizing work to resolve complex support issues • Establishing a high level of personal credibility and building strong relationships • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone • Ask questions to determine nature of issues • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other systems. • Follow up with internal customers to ensure issue has been resolved. • Documenting, reviewing, and improving existing or new procedures and workflows. • Other activities and projects specific to the department If you are selected, then you will have the following BENEFITS • Life and surgical insurance; • The 13th salary paid in December; • 500 Ron monthly bonus ( a flexible scheme from which you can choose meal tickets, gift tickets, transport deduction, dentist pass, Regina Maria pass, etc); • Scandinavian working environment; • Flexible working hours plus 2 days working from home.
Job requirements: • University degree • Good written and spoken English • Interest in in informatics • Good knowledge of MS Office 2010 and Windows 7 • Customer focused • Good stress tolerance ability • Positive attitude
