Function profile: -making pricelist in accordance with the account manager. -Making telephone conversations, to achieve maximum sales so the customer is able to achieve his sales targets. -Responsible for the processing of the orders in the atomized system, and also responsible for all the actions which follow with the orders. -Responsible for the communication between the different departments in accordance with the sales orders. -Contributes to reaching the sales targets. -Registers complaints, and communicates with the different departments to solve the problems and improve the organization. -Makes an account plan together with the account manager and monitors the realization of the plan. -Sustaining the relationships with the customers in order to keep a long and healthy relationship with the customer. -Visiting the customers and suppliers on a regular base.
-Minimum 1 year of working experience on a commercial department. -Fluent in English and at least 1 eastern European language. -Candidate should have a relevant school either in commercial direction or agricultural direction. -Basic know ledge about the culture of one of the eastern European market areas. -Knowledge of pot plants is not a pledge but could be a big plus.
