Description We are hiring a Lead Technical Project Manager in Ivory Coast who will manage a team of Technical Project Managers. - He will Manage all technical aspects of an end-to-end customer project, being fully accountable for the overall solution including the integration of all the sub-solutions with focus on the interfaces. He will lead the technical negotiation during the implementation period. - He should identifie and monitor technical risks in providing alternate solutions to mitigate the risks, monitoring global network Quality of Service and stability, ensuring that all Key Point Indicators are within contract definition. - He will coordinate answers to unresolved technical issues and set up technical support processes. - He will advise on network evolution. - Optimize the technical solution to improve the variable margin of the Customer Project by raising change orders (upscopes or descopes). Responsibilities : •Defines an end-to-end integration strategy & coordinates involvment of integration teams, including OEM. Validates the global •integration plan. •Identifies deliverables under his responsibilty. Plans & executes these deliverables taking care of cost & milestones •Is prime interface with customer CTO for all technical concerns. •Understands the customers' strategy and manages his technical expectations •Is in charge of identifying risks for both customer and Alcatel Lucent. Proposes & implements risk mitigation. •Is in charge of building the technical staff of the project, including TPM & OEM partners representatives •Develops a mid-term evolution strategy with customer CTO by acting as a trusted advisor •Defines the general plan with GPM, taking care of Fisrt Off applications and Product Roadmap •Defines the KPIs with the customer . Defines the strategy of follow up with the Project team. Follows up KPIs of the operator's •network in order to ensure the optimized usage of the deployed solution •Defines QOS strategy with the customer & designs process of control •Is responsible to propose GPM a migration strategy & plan of execution

Knowledge in 2G/3G/4G RAN Technologies from Alcatel-Lucent portfolio : LTPM has a broad and deep experience (as required) in multiple domains and technologies, having understanding of end-to-end networks/solutions managed by operators to deliver services. Knowledge of the solution integration process : R&D issues, interworking between portfolio products, hot staging/ field integration strategy, multivendor integration... Knowledge of customer’s CTO objectives : customer’s network/configuration, customers way of monitoring his network, CAPEX and OPEX constraints... Job *Project Management
