Job description: • Controls diaries, organises internal/external meetings, including booking taxis and arranging catering/refreshments for Principals and clients if required • Composes or undertakes correspondence as required • Organises travel arrangements for Principals’ business travel • Maintains and updates the filing systems and archiving • Maintains and updates Principals’ contact lists • Formats complex legal documents in Word • Operates office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, printers and scanner • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein


Requirements: • Fluent English • Experience in managing external suppliers • Experience in working effectively across cultures • Strong organisational / self-management skills • Proven IT skills, MS applications – particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint • Bachelor’s diploma • 1-3 year experience, preferably in global organisation, service lead and ideally in a legal environment • Neat and professional appearance • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Touch typing (preferably) Desired skills: • High-level time and project management skills • Multi-tasking and prioritisation • Ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines • Dedication to see things through to success • Client-oriented focus (a true service provider) • Analytical • Proactive and creative / open to new ideas • Diplomatic • Team player • Good sense of humour, confident and self-assured
