The CTO has the knowledge, experience, and competencies to execute the following activities: • Technical Sales Thought Leadership • Win the value based technical/techno-commercial customer dialogue • Build the vision for the customer, win the ALU mindshare • Build Customer Intimacy as main Customer Interface to relevant Key Customer Stakeholders & Tech-based Business Excellence • Supports each regional sales leader with strategic topics • Orchestrate and lead the techno-commercial customer dialogue (in close cooperation with Sales and BLs) • Orchestrate day-to-day Content based Customer Engagements incl. BL support commitments • Lead to Order • Develop Customer Technology Strategies and Campaigns • Build a high-value Opportunity Funnel per account across all Domains and execute Strategic Account/Growth Plan to Orders. • Assume leadership in aligning the relevant BLs in case of multi-BL offers, defining and owning the offer strategy on behalf of the account teams. • Technology and Innovation Leadership • Position the entire Alcatel-Lucent Portfolio • Build Winning Customer Propositions and drive the Portfolio from a customer needs perspective • Region portfolio requirements based on customer needs towards BL • Contributes to EMEA CTO Community as part of the Corporate and BDs CTO Offices (leverages CTO Network to share best practices among customers, lead creation of strategic files on critical technology trends…)

Cerinte

Qualifications: Significant and relevant experience and knowledge of the specified account sector environment Technical experience in two or more of the Alcatel-Lucent portfolio domains Experience of pre-sales cycle Excellent spoken and written English Education: Preferably hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline
