Lead and coordinate technical projects ; assure product and process approvals with the customer and act as a contact person for complex changes with extensive development content. Act as deputy for the Head of Quality Customer. Main activities: Create project plans/concepts (e.g. project cost planning and personnel/investment planning for quality in the plants, etc.) and assure they are followed (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.) in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required Cooperate in conducting risk analyses Develop suggestions for project organization; select suitable associates in cooperation with supervisors and define tasks, rules and interfaces Assure compliance with allocated project budget; introduce actions in case of deviations Act as interface between involved internal/external areas (e.g. key project leader, technical project leader, sub-project leader, customer, suppliers, departments, etc.) Assure compliance with set project indicators/goals with regard to quality-relevant topics, in cooperation with the key project management Analyze and evaluate changes (internal/external) (e.g. take into account quality-relevant parameters in implementing the change requests; analyze and evaluate cost and risk effects in his/her area of responsibility, etc.), cooperate in negotiations (e.g. volume and costs of changes, etc.) and assure implementation Cooperate in optimizing/developing processes, systems and methods (e.g. conducting lessons learned reviews, etc.)

it is required: University Degree project management experience minimun 6 years experience in Automotive Industry in Quality, Production or Engineering managerial skills Willing to travel 50%
