The Candidate will ensure optimal conditions for the good functioning of all departments, resourcing, assistance and help providing a good office administration -Order, acquisitions for office supplies -Correspondence management -Provide a good communication with US headquarter -Liaising with providers and contributors -Keep record of payments and interface with financial and accountancy -Monthly invoices and contracts management -Assist Asentinel’s employees : business trips , reimbursements, etc. -Help US Asentinel’s visitors -Provide assistance during events: parties, job fairs, training, seminars, etc.
