Responsibilities: • Prepares the annual investment plan for the acquisition or adaptation of the equipment according to the HSE factory's objectives, quality and production. • Coordinates the installation / outsourcing process of the equipment. • Coordinates the process of approving new products; • Advices / approves documents related to the quality system as appropriate; • Approves the technical documentation elaborated by the technical department; • Ensuring the observance of the technological process and other established rules; • Produces productivity growth studies; • Coordinates the approval of new references and products; • Coordinates the testing and approval of new technological processes as well as tools; • Coordinates the activity of elaborating the factory layout; • Track and evaluate improvement projects; • Coordinates the work of defining the optimal production flow; • Proposes to the HR department the organization of professional courses for the subordinate staff and the list of participants in these courses; To endorse the proposals submitted by subordinates; Participates in the selection of specialized firms; • Performs the assessment of the subordinate staff; • Member of the Action Committee for the implementation, coordination and maintenance of the environmental management system and is responsible for quality management for the technical department; • Responsible for monitoring and achieving the environmental objectives of the technical department; • Participate in the assessment of the organization's environmental aspects; • Contributes actively to continuous improvement of plant performance: constantly identifies opportunities to eliminate pirates and proposes solutions to improve their own activity and plant.


Requirements: • Technical studies • Certification Greenbelt and Lean Expert or the desire to acquire them in max. 1 year. • Experience in production - minimum 4 years • Experience in the field of technological design • Excellent communication and interrelation skills • Analytical and planning skills • Problem Solving Skills • Good knowledge of PC operating (MS Office) • Good knowledge of English and / or French.
