Marketing Communication Leader, Honeywell Connected Vehicles Be part of a team that brings to life the power of connected vehicles. Honeywell Transportation System Connected Vehicle is seeking a global Marketing Communication Manager with a proven ability to lead the planification and implementation of innovative and effective B2B Marcom programs that build sales overnight and brands over time. The scope covers all dimension of the funnel (lead generation to customer engagement, through all relevant channels – advertising, PR, Prints, social media, professional events). You will work with local, global and corporate teams and liaise extensively with product and sales team to develop efficient content. Responsibilities of the Position Include: Translate consumer insights into an annual marketing communications program that encompasses awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention Lead the creation of integrated Marcom campaigns that provide an ongoing pulse, promote new offerings, position the organization as a thought leader. Own the message to consumers: Assist in consumer research, segmentation, value proposition. Develop message platform and brand positioning Partner with product management, media relations, sales, Corporate teams and local teams to continuously deliver contemporary end-to-end experience, integrated and measurable practices leveraging functional and business synergies Manage agency deliverables, contracts, budget. Keep stakeholders and leadership abreast of opportunities, project timelines, results/analytics across all platforms channels and platforms and ROI Assure all programs build equity for the Honeywell brand and meet brand standards


YOU MUST HAVE BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Communications or related field WE VALUE Minimum 4 years experience developing Communications plans ideally in the Software Industry Excellent spoken and written English. Additional language skills an asset. Be an expert on emerging communication trends and products. Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results through planning, managing, executing high-impact, integrated Marcom program Proven track record managing agencies – creative, media, events, digital, experiential Brand Management Expertise: positioning, tracking, extensions, identity Ability to drive results in a matrix environment Robust business acumen with the ability to influence key stakeholders Mix of corporate and agency experience Experience across channel models (B2C, B2B, direct to consumer, retail, e-tail) Global/ multi-cultural experience Excellent writing and editing skills Ability to drive teams without reporting line, in cross-functional / cross-cultural environment, sense of urgency and pragmatism Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently Interpersonal skills and ability to establish teamwork and trust Flexibility and resilience. Comfortable with ambiguity of a matrix environment
