Coordinates the professional activities of the team members; Coaching of the team and continuous team development; Allocates resources in order to ensure quality results in line with department's strategy; Has a high level of expertise, monitors and evaluates the performance of the team members; Elaborates standard reports in line with department’s activities; Ensures cross-functional communication and co-operation in order to improve information flow. Keeps the contact with the business; Compiles analyses and presents or creates presentations of information in an appropriate way to support business decisions and satisfy suppliers and customers’ requirements. Qualifications University degree in Economics or relevant Leadership & organizational skills Project Management skills Advanced knowledge of English; German is considered a plus.
