Responsabilities and Duties: · Accountable for delivering all TS services within his/her organization’s scope, consistent with standardized processes and metrics · Continuously improve procedures and tools · Accountable for ensuring prompt escalation and notification of major network faults and customer faults, as per guidelines · Accountable for ensuring prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues · Ensures customer and company directives are properly executed by enforcing local procedures · Interfaces with 3rd parties, contractors and suppliers whose services contribute to the delivery of TS services in order to ensure outstanding collaboration Description - Customer interface for incoming problem reports (tickets) and ticket resolution (Remote Technical Support) taking into account the individual service level agreements. - Escalation to a higher level support in case of difficult or time critical problems or need due to a configuration control. - Documentation of analysis results in dedicated ticketing tool


Qualifications Education: Specialized/Technical: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or telecommunications required · Masters Degree preferred Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Mobile Core domain Required competencies: · Understanding of networking and telecommunications · Strong communicator and relationship builder · Fluency in English (both oral and written) · Customer service skills · Ability to excel when under pressure · Culturally adaptable and flexible; · Analytical skills · Self Motivated · Influencing skills · Team focused Desired competencies: · Basic/advanced knowledge about Subscriber Data Management system - Application: HLR, AUC, EIR, MNP, LDAP,LTE,HSS - Database System: MySQL, Oracle, XML - Subscriber Mngt - Defense mechanism · Working or detailed knowledge of the Mobile & Fixed Core domain : 2G/3G/4G/IMS - HLD/HLA - Call flow - Analysis of Quality of Service · Basic/advanced knowledge of Telecom protocols (SIP, SS7, Sigtran, SNMP, TCP/IP, LDAP, SOAP) Good knowledge of products of Alcatel-Lucent Fixed, Mobile and NGN portfolio
