General Purpose Interprets, manages and implements process improvement to ensure operational efficiency. Main Responsibility Area Process review support in delivery project level, leading the internal/external customer processes assessment by state-of-theart methodologies (e.g. VSM, KaiZen, etc). Structurally manage and document the findings and solutions. Job Description Support the transformation consultant/experts on assessment and delivery phases Run Value stream mapping (VSM) on assessment phase of transformation cases engagement Apply LEAN KaiZen methodologies Document the VSM and share with transformation solution architects (SA) Interact continuously with transformation SA to update the transformation playbook Collaborate and contribute with subject matter expertise (VSM, Kaizen, DILO, etc.) to the team Adapt the VSM and processes review to the customer requirements and needs, in alignment with the inputs from transformation consultant Deliver continuous improvement methodologies training to the customer when is required Contribute actively to competence transfer by coaching community members on transformation services Share the customer assessment findings with community on regular basis

Additional Requirements Strong background on processes management Expert on conducting value stream mapping (VSM) Practitioner of KaiZen, LEAN, Six Sigma Experienced with process modelling tools Relevant experience in Telecommunicaion industry Ability to adapt to challenging customer environment Ability to manage the customer expectations Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills Very good consulting skills, develop senior customer relationships, including CxO level Best practice sharing
