Job Summary: This position is responsible to provide support of Oracle Order Management Applications and related business processes. Focus will be on providing support for facilities in Europe Essential Functions: • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Order Management Suite of modules (OM, Shipping, Advanced Pricing) • Oversee the change management process for setups related to existing Order Management processes • Responsible for application configuration, maintenance and instance validation for sites running the Oracle Order Management product suite. • Provide Order Management Product Suite support to all tracks as requested • Understand current business requirements and processes, recommending enhancements as business requirements change and evolve. • Develop test scripts as required and assist in preparing training material for each of the modules. • Provide end user support for each of the modules including the proper resolution of Support Request Tickets • Ability to conduct training workshops for end users • Oracle basic SQL experience • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays as required to maintain application up time and provide timely break/fix solutions

Cerinte

Minimum Qualifications: • Strong background in Oracle Applications 12.1.x applications preferred • University degree in operations, business, computer science or related field required • Advanced English level required, advanced level of additional language is a plus • One plus years’ experience in a Customer Service Role • One plus years’ experience in Oracle in a support role preferred • Effective procedure and workflow documentation skills preferred • Experienced with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite(Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio) • Self-disciplined detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. • Travel approximately 25%
