JOB PROFILE in a nutshell: Imprezzio Global is seeking a full-time Office Assistant for a long term collaboration. Your main role will be to greet visitors and ensure that the office has the supplies needed to run smoothly. You will also be actively involved in basic accounting and procurement activities. Your RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: • Meet visitors and keep log-book • Answer calls promptly and politely • Assist with all aspects of administrative management, travel, logistics, inventory, storage and office management 
 • Organize and monitor office maintenance and is the contact person for service providers (cleaning, electricity, internet, building management, etc.) • Arrange accommodation, travel and other bookings as requested • Ensure existence of office supplies • Find service and product providers and negotiate best deals with them • Offer support in organizing various office events for employees, collaborators and/or external participants • Offer support on primary accounting tasks (e.g.: ensure the existence and validity of financial documents like invoices, receipts, assist Finance with reconciliations of invoices with bank statements, prepare travel expense reports) • Other administrative tasks on request If we managed to catch your attention, send us your CV at jobs at
