YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In a nutshell: you will make sure that the office is well stocked with enough supplies and the team has everything it needs to be productive. Also, your input will be deeply appreciated for: - Acting as first point of contact, greeting visitors, receiving correspondence etc. - Looking after and planning of all sorts of office / company events - Handling conference rooms and maintain office / kitchen / common areas - Assisting the HR team in various activities - Making arrangements for our out-of-town colleagues, who are frequently traveling to Brasov YOUR PROFILE - You have Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) - You have excellent organizational skills and you possess the ability to multi-task - You have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - You have good English skills, verbal and written - You have a positive attitude and you're a phenomenal teammate - You can handle confidential information with tact and integrity Are you interested?
