The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist will plan, execute and actively contribute to Training, Education, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement initiatives for multiple global IT initiatives, including Oracle implementations. Focus is set on integrating with IT projects to identify the impacts to individuals throughout the projects deliver communications and education to minimize the user impacts. Responsibilities * Delivering onboarding education for new project resources on project governance and deliverables. * Identifying change opportunities and developing communication to stakeholders and users. * Supports user transition to the new technologies by actively participating in all project activities to identify impacts to the users and design activities to lower user impact. * Support organizational change by working with change agents and educate them on their roles in a project. * Work with project teams to assist with role development and assignment of roles to the users. * Assist with training material development and delivery. * Coordinate Project Team and End User training. * Work with implementation teams with Go Live and support activities.

Cerinte

Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, PR or related field. * Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken. * Must have excellent positive people and relationship building skills, including the ability to effectively communicate. * Must be detail oriented with project and time management skills to meet set deadlines. * Must be a proven team player with the ability to deliver results.
