Mission: As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be to: - ensure the quality supply of the network of shops by implementing strategies and product acquisitions campaigns (selecting products, determining the necessary quantities and their sale prices etc.); - study the products proposed by the commercial teams to select the best batches identified; - ensure the growth of the products ranges retailed in the network or shops by designing and implementing strategies and marketing projects (analyses of costs, purchased quantities, turnover generated, profitability, competition etc.); - draw up analyses and reports on batches, expenses, proposals for improving procedures, for cutting down costs and for growing profitability in the entire network of shops; - manage the team of Marketing Assistants (organisation, planning, coordination and optimisation of the specific activities); - constantly analyse the products prices and the competition (range of products, pricing, distribution etc.) in order to guide acquisitions; - monitor sales across the network of shops and organise promotional actions; - communicate and collaborate with the Logistics Department and the Commercial Department in order to reduce costs and maximise sales (analyses and decisions on the batches purchased – operations involved, distribution of products, rules to observe, technical characteristics etc.).


Profile: To be successful in this mission, you will need: - work experience in a similar position or in designing and developing acquisitions or sales strategies; - higher education degree in a related field – Marketing, International trade, Acquisitions, Logistics – constitutes an advantage; - experience in managing a team; - the ability to draw up, implement and monitor an action plan; - ability to manage a portfolio of products with their corresponding suppliers; - Microsoft Office and SAP skills; - the ability to analyse and process information; - communication and teamwork skills, seriousness and responsiveness; - command of French and English – at least B2 level; - availability for training in France for at least one year.
