You will provide leadership and oversight to the HSE&F functions, activities and performance for the PMT Product Stewardship Global Operations group, establishing strong working relationships with site leadership teams and the employees. You will report directly to the PMT Director PS Global Operations. You will be a key leader for the PMT Product Stewardship Global Operations group managing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes. You will ensure the HSEPS function keeps in front of leading practices in health and safety standards. Integrate, monitor, and support Health, Safety programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations Incorporate continuous improvement using Honeywell's Health and Safety initiatives through Honeywell's Operating System activities Provide consultation and proactive integration of HSE&F initiatives across PMT SBE’s, keeping the sites on leading edge on safety awareness MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and manage EMEA HAZCOM PS group Develop and maintain document management system (with doc man SME) for product files consistent with SDS content Classification and process supervision for New Material Activation in SAP for HON PMT Author and Review Safety Data Sheets and Labels (C&L) for HON PMT globally Maintain system to compile, review and update C&L for HON PMT globally Assure the SDS distribution and archiving in full compliance with EU Laws Support trade association activities aligned with chemical substance regulations (eg. ACC, CEFIC, VCI) Maintain knowledge about regional regulations and industry standards Assist business and Enable growth of Research Chemicals portfolio Partner with PMT Global Product Stewardship Leaders to support generation of new products, applications and growth of existing products (AM, UOP, HPS) into adjacent markets.
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors degree. Preference in engineering, manufacturing, safety, environmental science, facilities, or related field. Good knowledge of English, spoken and written High degree of diligence and reliability Good communications skills Experience in Product Stewardship activities Knowledge of Global Regulations for Hazard Communication (GHS, CLP, etc) of Chemical Products WE VALUE Use innovative thinking to create continuous improvement Record of progressive HS&E experience Working knowledge of basic computer skills Significant experience in HSE&F field Experience in successfully leading a team Timely decision making skills Conveys specific, observable, and/or measurable expectations SAP EHS/GLM knowledge
