Responsibilities: The candidate should be able to manage large and complex international programs with multiple EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) packages in accordance with company procedures and policies with large 3rd party content, mixed project content. Establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Managing the interest of all stakeholders (customer, Honeywell, suppliers, etc.) in the project Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced, maintained, made available, utilizing project workspaces, to all parties concerned and effectively used (managing the project) Ensures that the project is correctly planned and managed during execution using the integrated tools of Primavera & SAP Ensure that the project is delivered fully utilizing standard builds and standardized work Monitor and Control the financial status of the project (EAC – equivalent annual cost, Billings, cost budgets, milestone payments, rebates, warranty) Accurately report the status (resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction) of assigned projects on all key metrics Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract / scope variations (Anticipate change orders in a timely manner on important potential risks technical or other) Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized Create the conditions to enable effectively working teams. Apply applicable Honeywell QA and project management procedures / methods like e.g. Work with LSS (Lean Six Sigma – methodology to improve performance) organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out Report relevant new business opportunities to account managers Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables e.g. risk/opportunity, estimate, project plan, planning Participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made.

Proven leadership skills Ability to work in a matrix organization Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills, at all levels of the organization Ability to travel as required Required knowledge: Deep knowledge of the automation industry Understands what the key business excellence initiatives are within Honeywell Able to manage key financial terms e.g. margin, variable costs, contribution Understands appropriate project methodology in risk management, control of working capital and change management and works to current standards referenced in GPM (Global Project Management) Understands the importance of health and safety aspects to be able to manage projects properly Good knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP; English speaking is a must; French speaking preferable, too; Experience: Senior relevant experience as project manager for domestic and/or international projects; Proven track record to successfully deliver projects Engineering degree, preferable electrical or Oil & Gas graduation; PMI certification as Project Manager
