The Acquisitions Team Manager will form, develop and lead to success a team of buyers. As an Acquisitions Team Manager with Italian, your primary missions will be: - ensuring proximity management for a team of buyers; - accompanying, motivating and checking the team in attaining targets; - ensuring task transfers to the team members and step into resolving issues; - growing the business skills of the team; - developing a positive work environment by ensuring individual and collective day-to-day coaching for the team; - analyzing results and proposing corrective actions to reach the objectives laid down;
To be successful in this mission, you will need: - experience in coordinating commercial teams (sales / acquisitions) - minimum 2 years; - experience in working with quantitative and qualitative targets; - advanced Italian skills (minimum B2); - intermediate to advanced English skilss (minimum B1-B2); - good communication and negotiation skills and a great ability to establish quality business relations with the clients; - adaptability, pragmatism and leadership; - availability, earnestness, commitment to your work, good organizing skills and a proactive attitude; - PC tools: Excel, Word, Internet.
