The procurement team manager will form, develop and coordinate a buyer / buyer team. As a Team Manager with purchases in Italian or Spanish, the main missions will be: - Providing proximity management for a team of 5-7 buyers, located at our headquarters in Constanta; - Assisting, motivating and monitoring the team objectives; - Ensuring the transfer of tasks to the team members and intervention in solving the problems; - Developing the team's commercial skills; - Developing a positive work environment, ensuring individual and team coaching of the team; - Analyzing team results and reporting to top management.


For success in this mission, it is necessary to: - Minimum 1-2 years experience in people management / commercial team coordination (sales or acquisitions) and in KPI's work; - Experience in interacting with different international clients; - Knowledge of Italian or Spanish at an advanced level (minimum level B2) - Knowledge of English at intermediate level (minimum level B1-B2); - Available for occasional trips to other company headquarters in Europe; - Available, correct, involved in his / her work, good organizational skills and proactive attitude; - Knowledge of PC tools: Excel, Word, Internet.
