Are you a presales/ solutions engineer with enterprise software sales experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented pre-sales engineer to join our sales team. Our portfolio of solutions span the breadth of enterprise software from marketing, to database, to security for large enterprise customers across the world. Job Summary: Working with our sales leaders, you will focus on being able to demonstrate these solutions, and help with first level technical content as part of the sales process. To be successful, you will need to bring to the table great communications skills, coupled with a broad technical appreciation of the kinds of software currently used by enterprises today. Strong problem solving skills, proactivity, tenacity and organization skills will also help the you succeed in this role. Primary Responsibilities: Be able to demonstrate various technologies and applications in our portfolio in a sales context, including answer the technical questions that may arise from customer participants in that process. Keep up to date with market competitors for products in our portfolio and be able to compare and contrast them as needed. Prepare the technical responses to RFPs and other documents as required. Act as “voice of the salesforce” with respect to communicating our needs to internal engineering and product teams. Assist in the development of content for marketing collateral as needed.
