Evolution HCC is looking for Purchasing Support , for one of his clients, a multinational company in Timisoara Responsibilities: • Support in e-procurement catalog service for businesses of Robert Bosch Group • Interface between (central) Purchasing, Supplier and Catalog Platform Providers • Monitoring the delivery (on time) of the catalog data • Implementation of the price check based on the requirements of the Central Purchasing • Ensuring the catalog quality • Answer general questions of end users in the First Level Support • Index calculation on the basis of price comparisons • Reporting


Requirements: • Completed commercial education or IT technical background • Good PC / computer skills and technical affinity • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility • High level of customer and service orientation, communication skills and organizational skills • Assertiveness, flexibility and resilience • Independent, responsible, accurate and structured way of working • Experience in purchasing is an advantage • Proficient in German and English • Mission/service readiness If you are interested, please send us your resume!
