The QMS Specialist monitors the Quality Management System implementation (policy, manual, local QMS documents), having also responsibilities for control of documents at Plant level. Organizes and ensures the follow up of internal and third party QMS audits, while ensuring the interface to Corporate and Central Electronic Plants Quality organizations. Regularly checks the status of the quality management system, monitors related processes and improvement actions Defines the quality strategy on organizational level in order to reach the defined quality targets Contributes to the definition of quality targets on organizational level Defines quality metrics in order to ensure a clear visibility of the quality level within organization and drives continuous improvement activities Drives quality activities on organizational level Actively drives training and knowledge sharing process regarding quality topics Trains and supports project teams on quality topics. Qualifications Technical university studies; Internal QMS auditor ISO TS 16949; Knowledge of development process and methodology; Quality methods and techniques ( e.g. review moderation, problem solving, audits ); Knowledge regarding Automotive Quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949/2002); Knowledge of customer standards and norms related to quality; Advanced English language.
