Mission: - coordinating the team of quality specialists; - training, evaluation and supervision of the subordinate team; - ensure the existence of the procedures and documents necessary for the development of the activity within the company's departments; - regular auditing of processes and procedures and creation of a quality control system; - defining quality indicators for each department and proposing action plans to ensure the achievement of predefined indicators; - identification of malfunctions and potential risks from internal processes and flows, and proposing solutions for remedying them; - ensure the development and animation of the quality department.
Profile: - experience in coordinating and implementing quality management projects; - experience in the management of a quality department; - good knowledge in the field of quality management (flows, processes, creation of procedures, specific instruments, etc.); - experience in reporting results to management and top management; - knowledge of English at an advanced level - B2 minimum; - knowledge of French at medium level - minimum B1; - good knowledge of PC usage - Powerpoint (presentations), Excel; - availability for travel in Romania and also abroad - good communication and communication skills; - ability to adapt to business needs, flexibility and having a strong relation with the client departments; Benefits: - initial and continuous training specific to the activity carried out; - feed-back and coaching from direct managers; - multicultural, professional work environment focused on development and continuous improvement.
